Read Around the World Journal

I’m not exaggerating when I say that this Read Around the World Journal is my favourite thing I’ve ever created and I’m so proud of it.

I’ve been page-travelling for many years and wanted a way to document my reading in a creative way, especially after starting Nomad Book Club. But after looking online for a reading journal organised by country, I realised if it doesn’t already exist, I’ll have to make it myself!

The journal was a lot of fun to design and I love being able to fill in the pages as I slowly work my way around the globe, one story at a time…

Here’s what makes this reading journal stand out:

  • One page per country, so you can record the books you’ve read, review them in detail, and customise the page with colour, stickers and more.
  • Expand your horizons! Break out of reading ruts, discover new authors, and build a deeper connection with places you’ve been, plan to visit, or dream of travelling to.
  • It’s the ideal gift for book lovers and globetrotters alike, it’s small enough for a stocking stuffer, a great gift for book club members, and basically anyone with a hunger for diverse voices.

“So Many Countries”

If you travel a lot this is a nice travel journal to take with you if you love to read. There are so many countries and this book will help you learn about and remember all the places you've been. It's also a cool thing to have if you love challenges!

“Motivating and Engaging Challenge”

I picked up Reading Around the World: A Travel Book Journal because I liked the idea of exploring different countries through books, and it quickly turned into a motivating and engaging challenge. I appreciated how the country-by-country structure gave me a clear goal while still leaving room to choose what I wanted to read.

“The Design is Clean, Creative and Easy to Use”

I love the idea of reading my way around the world, and this journal is a perfect way to track that journey. It includes a review page for each of the 195 UN-recognised countries, plus a few extra pages at the back for personal notes. The design is clean, creative, and easy to use, with plenty of space to write, plus handy checklists to keep track of your progress. You can tell it was made with care. If you're a book lover who enjoys exploring the world through stories, this is an excellent companion.
